Date and Time of Problem: 10:53 GMT +2

How many times has this Problem happened?: A few times, probably three or four times.

Description of Problem: There is a bug with the bonus level. Sometimes when you log in it shows 0/30 but if you relog it goes back to normal. Today this happened but I didn't notice and I won +1 bonus level in the lottery. The bonus level has saved that way, and now it is stuck to 1/30 instead of 5/30. Is it possible for me to recover my bonus level?
