Lost a Massive Level 24 Distance Bonus. Please Help!

I know these threads because quite repetitive on here and all that but... I've just logged into SCS and noticed that my Level 24 distance bonus has reset itself, and i only have Level 1 now instead. :-( I have desperately tried logging out and logging back into my account but nothing works, and have checked the username as well which is fine and hasn't been mixed up with someone else's like what happened once before.

Usually i wouldn't make a thread about something like this because i know it's repetitive and people don't wanna hear it, but i have been working really hard since the 9th July with getting this to this bonus level and it's upsetting to loose all that hard work at this point when i've come so close to reaching the last three distance bonuses, which reward such a significant amount of money in comparison with the others. :-/ I know it was the 9th July because this was the date when i reached my previous Level 30 and the counter was reset. (This date has been in my signature for weeks as the $500,000 reward resulted in my record SCS bank balance of €3,200,000 before spending it on the FOX).

If it has been say Level 10 instead or something then i wouldn't be so bothered, but the fact i've been playing constantly for all these weeks and to loose my progress is awful and almost makes me feel like quitting SCS and moving to another server instead. :-/ Of course, this would be a real shame as i have made a lot of friends and have started to become engaged in the community here on the forums as well, with my own photography thread which seems to be quite popular amongst the other players.

I'm hoping someone might be able to adjust the distance level in my profile back to what it was before the value was reset. (Level 24) It would be a massive relief and i'm sure something so minor would only take a minute at the most. Please, if anyone can help it would be most appreciated.

hm, its been hapenning to others too mate, even at me! @_@

Its horrible to loose bonus I know that, but if its happening to everyone its an Insim issue it isn't saving the bonus properly.

According to the server time, we still have 1 hour of x2 bonus so, you can still recover 6 levels or 10 if you drive like an complete maniac like me! \(º_o)/

Have a nice cruise mate, I'll head there soon.

Cheers for the response. Yeah man, i know it's been happening to others as well. Like i said in the original post, if it had been say Level 10 then i wouldn't care anywhere near as much, but the fact it's in fact Level 24 that i've lost makes everything a lot worse. I can't remember exactly what the rewards are from Level 30 downwards but i think it's something like €500,000, €250,000, €200,000, €175,000, etc. Overall i've probably lost almost a million from this and so it kinda sucks to be honest, haha.

Whoa, how do you manage to earn those bonus levels so quickly! I don't think i'd ever be able to advance past 6-10 bonus levels within an hour or so, even with 2x XP or whatever. You must drive super-quickly!

Yep its actually possible with an FZR or XRR cuz they are the fastest(excluding F1 cars), but you'll make everyone on the road shat his pants o.0

and yes lvl 24 Gives out 125,000€

25-> 150,000€

26-> 175,000€

27-> 200,000€

28-> 225,000€

29-> 250,000€ and 30-> 500,000€ \(º_o)/ not sure but its around those values xD
