Well, you are reporting him ONLY because he hadn't tag at the moment he kicked you. Not a real reason for that. Also he did very good kicking you, i examined the creepy replay and you were going WW, Cutting Corners, Crashing, Causing Crashes, Drifting all the time till he kicked you. Don't believe me, watch this from the replay.

Bowey should have kicked you but he just let you continue

Yes, i shud have kicked. But i am not an Admin, and i believe only Admins can kick Members for braking the rules. If thats incorrect, tell me.

Ok I have analysed the replay.

NB: Not in Chronological Order, I have randomly selected the timings to see the rules you have broken. And also the timing seek measurement is in "MINUTES" not "SECONDS".

My Analysis data of your replay that you have given is:
1) Used Handbrake at 27:16.
2) At 26:53 you have interupted a tow service intentionally by colliding into a cruiser that requires ONLY tow service.
3) Wrong way at 27:06 till 27:10
4) 24:16 wrong way till 24:19
5) 27:42 wrong way till 27:48
6) 27:43 the car started to oversteer due to the sudden change of traction for 1 or 2 wheels, but you attempted to make it successfully oversteer through out the intersection
7) 27:50 the car started to slide, well I think that was not intentional and you also did try to regain the car back into 'normal city driving'.
28:33 you caused car to loose control and cause it to understeer way too much, this was becuase you entered the corner at a speed of above 115 mph
9) 28:53 wrong way till 28:55
10) 29:00 handbrake used causing the car to oversteer and eventually 'drift'
11) 30:12 Wrong way till 30:26

And then you got kicked.

Please note I did not evaluate none of this in chronological order. I did at times look at random times as well to see around for how long you were doing wrong way and 'drifting' for.

And also bowey, by the way. Kick by a member without a tag, IS TOLERATED. If you don't have the tag on, but still kick a rule breaker it's not against rules. So it is allowed as far as I am concerned.

I will now make a brief evaluation of what has happened.

- You have made 3 instance(s) of "Drifting".
- You have made 5 instance(s) of "Wrong Way"
- You have made 1 instance(s) of "Colliding with Cruisers unnecessarily"

Please not the above information has been taken from my Analysis, obviously you have made many multiple wrong way driving and Drifting all the way throughout the replay, I have just taken a few randomly and also the one right at the end. So if other admins are using this information, this is not a count of all instances I have only chosen 3 random instances and the last 4 minutes only.

If you wish a lengthy detailed evaluation step by step of my analysis, then please do say so. I will post one as soon as possible.

What we are going to do of your punishment for making all these instances are (as listed in the forums Rules) :-
- "Racing, drifting and drag racing is not allowed this is a cruise server if you break this rule is a instand kick and if you keep doing it every time is a 30 day ban from server."

So therefore as written in the rules, I am going to propse not a 7 day ban or a 30 day ban, but instead I will propse to give you a 20 day ban as you have only been kicked once. If speed decdides to revert this, then he can unban you and give you the ban ammount he wants to give you.

So, the report to your kicker became against you. Well done.

If i had to choose the amount of ban i'd say that 13days are enough.

To Bowey, No Admins were online, and your job is too keep server clean, no matters who breaks rules.
