why you are reporting them: He's a member that doesn't follow rules(doing burnouts) and he don't even do it when I tell to do it (sorry for 1st kick I didn't know), if you're staff you HAVE to follow the rules and that's it. and he said " I prefer hot tyres" you can't create your own rules.

I meant I"m NOT afraid to tell the truth

I went through the replay. At approximately 1:23:20 in the replay Jean did a burnout in the parking lot. He did it for like 30 seconds. After he got warned he answered it with "I prefer to have hot tyres" and persisted with burnouting. I propose a 7 day suspension for Jean as he is a member of staff and should know and respect rules we have and it isn't his first time being warned for not respecting rules.

30 days suspension , and last one after this he is fired.
