Probably a "!pitlane" bug

My problem is related to the server;

Date and Time of the problem: 04-AUG-2016, somewhere @ 19:00 to present;

This problem happened many times;

Description of the problem: Hello everyone, I found out that if you are in spectator mode (SHIFT+S) and you use the "!pitlane" command nothing happens, yet your money is still going away. I lost around 3-4000 euros like that so i was thinking it must be a bug or a glitch.
In my opinion if someone's using this command while spectating should get a message like "You cannot pitlane while spectating" or get an error message instead of nothing except money being taken away. What do you guys think?
