why you are reporting them: Abusing power of the law , WW , DD , speeding , and saying that just cause there's nobody coming on the road , there is no trouble to go on the WW , and he told us that "when there's no on-duty cadet, its okay about doing that" and as i know from scs, ww is not allowed , even with off-duty cadets , that a rule to keep the order and make the cars dont crash at each corner or something else. He was saying that we don't know the rules , that he knows it better than us, he said that we'll be banned , about igor and smoke i know , that could be probably happening , but about me im not scared of.

Since i started playing, speeding never come to be a trouble , but when doing that on WW and sometimes crashing, yes, just as he did sometimes on the replay, driving so much fast and going on WW.
