why you are reporting them: he started chase [SCS]Lonni , that was speeding , and probably would evade him , and czech just stopped the chase , and let him go , like thats normal ..

that i know is abusing of authority , like , im an admin , you cant do anything to me , thats not fair , thats anti-game ...

he should be chased as any other player , should be pulled over , or chase till stop and being fined , thats not right ..
