reason for the ban: He was trolling like crazy! Officer Jayince was on, and he was annoying him, and everyone else on the server. He made phony officer fines, and started spamming them. He would disconnect after the spamming, not leaving enough time to ban/kick. After several times and a lot of headaches, I banned him.



evidence(if available) : Look at replay. At 2 hours, 25 minutes or so he started annoying Officer Jayince by repeating his commands through the chat. At 2 hours, 25 minutes, 10 seconds, he started using bad language and spamming. At 2 hours, 30 minutes he is on using the display name [Admin]Trol. At exactly 2 hours, 31 minutes, 37 seconds, I banned him right when he came on. He will probably need more than a 1 day ban for what he has done. Thanks.
