I think it is but you guys decide if it is and unban him if not. I'm honestly not that good at recognizing the difference but I think this one was hack.

After seeing Zonda's replay, it was lag at his replay but not on mine. Sorry!

I agree saying it is a Crash Mod, he hit the Victor and no damage was inflicted whatsoever to Zonda, Zonda did not move at all and it showed no sign of lag at all afterwards.
I will ban him for 999 days

Looked at his own replay, was BIG lag, unbanned

Did you look at Zonda's replay at his appeal form?
He had lag there but not on my replay and that is weird,

Lorix, each replay is different, LFS record the data it receives, if a person lags, the replay will be laggy, if you weren't lagging, your replay won't show lag.
