why you are reporting them: because he steale money from the SCS cruisers with set the trap under the speed limit.
The limit was 100km/h se say that he set hit on 50km/h because for hit the box was showing 50km/h (because he was too close to frant house). Then i go to the place wheare he was and it was showing 50km/h And the road name was "Frank House" because he was close.

This was an accident were i was next to the house it says 50 KMH and even go by it and look yourself or ask liam he went there afterwords and i was still out on the road and i go by what the insim box says on the side so thats what i put and if needed i can pay them back for it

The box when sow limit of 50km/h say "Frank house" but usualy say "Top Corner"
