To be honest I didn't know how long to ban him but it seems suffice to me.

reason for the ban:
Never paying fines, running after being busted.
He's been apart of SCS for a while now. Maybe A week and a half to 2 weeks (only guessing), and I have never seen him pay a fine.

Time : 1:38.00, Cadet Yoran did a traffic stop and he took off after Yoran posted his fines. Cannot see the insim but Yoran asked me to fine him for non paymen of fine and I checked to see if he did and he didnt... This is not the first time either. He did it to me several times within the past 3 days. i do not have a repay of the past 3 days. If anyone else has a repay to add, leave in a comment or tell me and I will update this post.
