why you are reporting them: 1 Guy called Tow , So i was going to the place. And saw Mathauska helping that guy. He got a warning for interupting my job. Then couple minutes later somebody called Tow , and you know who i found ? Mathauska again helping somebody that was calling for Tow, he went calling me noob and drived away.

He helped...that's not a reason to report...

wel he is not tow ans he is is interfaring (or how ever you spell it) with his job its same when you are in a chase and some one is trying to help the bad guy

Look , Help is always welcome. But dont interupt my work/job , If you wanna help people when they flipt over, out of fuel just make a tow app. That's the only thing.
