Why I'm reporting him/her:
Several times, he was spotted driving W.W., crashing, mocking, acting better than others, laughing at my warnings and also getting warned by admins.

Thease pic's look more like you have problem with that guy and you want to report him
like me with bowey before we start report me bowey bowey me with no reason because every one is making ww when drive even admins/members....

It's exagerated the amount of rules he breaks per day. Trust me, I don't have nothing against him. If I did, then my posts would be full of hatred, like "BAN HIM CAUSE IS A MEAN F***" and more. He did what you see in the pics lots of times, ergo, he crashed me lots of times because of this.
