That was November 25th, the same day he made this ban appeal. And then:

Rule number 3:
3) You're only allowed to use 1 account in this server. If you connect with an account different than the first one, you will be permanently banned. However, if you do it because you had no choice (for example you maybe didn't know how forum works and needed to ask something about your ban), we wont consider it as multiaccount, but please try to avoid doing that as well.

If this guy didn't multiaccount just to avoid his ban, he was in his right to do it, as we completely ignored his ban appeal for 8 days. We basically gave him no chance to communicate with us in order to make things more clear, and that's unfair, cause if he wanted to communicate with us, the only thing he could do was multiaccount. If that's the case, he shouldn't have been banned for multiaccount.

I require Dragon to provide proof and a detailed explanation of what happened with the multiaccount incident. If he doesn't do it in the next 24 hours, this guy will be unbanned (also unbanned for the vtec thing, to compensate for the troubles we gave him).

When i joined the server he asked me why was he banned. After i explained it to him he continued to play in the server. Even got an XFG.

he got banned again for multiaccount by me

Why choose a 3 year BAN over a month ban just WHY, even worse using a hack which alters the car's performance, if you want speed and fun play on a tweak server for #Inappropriate Content Censored#'s sake that's what I do and some have hosts with very good ISPs and well located.

I think it's just a coincidence. It just happened , I mean why would he make 3 accounts with similar names and same ips, doesn't make any sense.
