First pic, he lost control, and second one, he most possibly looked on the map for any oncoming cars, which making going WW is fine there, since even I do that very carefully(by checking the map).

I dont find Wrong Way on the road a reason for reporting TBH, its more for officers to fix...Secondly, we want a decent reportform, and a replay...no replay:no proof.
