...but if there is no copskin it must be black skin. I believe he uses RED, and that crash in con4 is very heavy did u actually look at the replay....

tbh, as Officer myself...ANY SKIN WILL DO FOR A POLICE OFFICER OR CADET, you dont have to have special skins for it...

crashing is allowed on cond 4 and 5, just like Avi has said

so just give it a rest...why are you always out against ken...

Look, i dont hate any1, except crashers and hackers. What happened in the past i dont know. But i just think that Copskin must be weared. And maybe i was a little pissed cuzz of that last chase where u made me crash HEAVY in con4.

No bowey, seriouslt just NO! Why has it got up to this far, do you not trust Administrators when they tell you a rule is not valid. I mean seriously you told me to wear a cop skin nd I said its not a rule, and you didnt believe me and now you are reporting some one for this. Heavy crashes are allowed in Condition 4 but not too heavy but seriously if you were so annoyed about his skin, then why didnt you just pull over in condition 1 and pay the fine and then report him?

Seriously you are being a child now. Im locking this topic, no more needs to be said here.
