He first joins at 52 mins - I don't think it shows his first kick but if Avi checks the logs it should show

You have not provided a reason for this users banishment. Atleast state one reason being kicked 3 times is not a valid reason. That just shows me from what I see is this... you kicked him 3 times for no reason and for that you banned him. What did he do? What was the purpose of this?!
