zloigad(next time get the username right.) banned for using crash hack .
The thing I don't understand is why you crashed him in the first place , I know he was going wrong way and you crashed him and then he came and started crashing you , but after that you kept crashing him and even when he was standing on the side of the road you came with FXR and hit him . This is not the appropriate behavior for a cadet , Even if you're off duty.
Also you could of go on duty and spec him so he wont crash anymore.
Also Monstercz is banned for using speed hack , Saw that in the replay.
