Skin Download

Hello,
Im BrancodiogoPT and i'm from Portugal, started paleyng on SCS 2 days ago and i love it. But i got a problem, When I select and enter the server it starts downloading the skins from the players, but the fact is they all time out and then i cant get in the server.
Yes i know i can put the skin download off and that but i hate seeing all cars look like the same so if someone has a solution or a similar problem plz help me.
BTW: AvargasPT that plays whit me and lives in portugal too has the same problem.

i have same problem buddy and im not sure who but i think that was Nate helped me with that. So for now do it like he showed u at the picture and later when i fix this we will contact

From what my friend foun out the skin server only opens in the morning so we can only download sking in the morning at least here in portugal.
