why you are reporting him: when i was in the server i said to someone (FU) then Neko fined me 1500, thats not problem for me but the problem is when neko say that and he dont get anything or no one can fine him or kick him but in rules it say fine 750 and kick if he from SCS Staff

well i found out in this Computer many pictures show when he was swearing but I don't know who took those pictures me or Asas cause I save all pictures in general file which it has all pictures in this PC .

Still, you should have fined 750 not 1500. Even if it was toward somebody.

Also, Saying FU, IMO isn't a full swear, since it doesn't actually say the full word, i usually fine if somebody say the full word trying to avoid the filter.

Now this is the part were Neko flames to me again.

He saif it twice. N fu us the improper way to say F you wich is still avouding filter. If this aint cirrect.then ill pay him bacj bur imo it had.to be done.

and he is correct you only need replays not screenshots it does say clearly there

and my view on this is that yes the fine is doubled which i believe one for avoiding the swear filter and two for aiming this swear at a person
