why you are reporting them: He keeps paying fines of €999999999, and he won't stop. He has paid the fine 100's of times by now, and is still going as I type this. This is ridiculous, and annoys other players. People are swearing at him, blocking messages, leaving, and telling him to showoff. The one time he talked to us he said "it's a bug", which is hard to believe. He paid the fine of €999999999 a few hundred times, left, came back on and is doing it again. He just showed off and he has €-999923704221 cash. This is really annoying and needs to be taken care of. If it was a bug how did he stop when he wants to, change the fine (etc. 99999999 to 1000000) and showoff? At times like this I wish I was a member, even just for a minute, so I could kick him, and even ban him.
