Possible bug with bank bonus?

How many times has this Problem happened?: Only once to my knowledge.

Description of Problem: I went AFK to wait for my bank bonus, and while I got said Bank Bonus (I had 13min left and it doesn't reset until 15min), after it reached 15min it said my bank bonus was disabled. Okay, that's fine, I know it always does that. But there was a little problem... When I came back to the server, I saw that the Bank Bonus timer, even though the InSim said it was disabled, hadn't reset to 60 minutes. In fact, it was still counting down as if nothing happened! It may sound weird, but that's what really happened. I have this screenshot to show you:
