why you are reporting them: Trying to break some kind of speed record on long straight road at AS5, crashing into barriers after. When I walked in to server they were already doing it, then after 15 minutes Jorks disconnected, a moment after Dolby came and Takumi also disconnected.

Thats not breaking a rule.
a lot guys do it even when admins are here and they dont tell problem.

It's called speed testing , which counts as hot lapping , which counts as racing , Which is totally illegal.
And Ken , If some guys do it and we don't say a thing that might because we don't notice it , we are a very few staff on a lot of people usually .

ehm im waiting for new rule wat will be like "max cruise speed 150 kmh" cause when 2 ppl cruising with high speed idiotic staff calling that racing too so nothing will suprise me on this server

Actually, Im not against anyone etc. But, This is illegal and against the rules. I was doing it one time, trying to see how fast I can get my car to go down the straight. Jacob told me to stop as its not allowed. Classed as racing/Drag etc.

IF you do it once fine, crashing by forgetting to brake... but if you keep doing it i will make you stop because you will fly in parking lot and crash others.

And they have done it a lot of times , not once , and not even twice.
So the punishment here will be valid , am I right ?
